Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At JJ Store, we accept returns on all unused items within 30 days from the delivery date.

We are happy to offer free returns! We will cover the return shipping costs, and there are no hidden restocking fees.

Returns must be made by mail. To start a return, please contact our customer support team to request a pre-paid return shipping label or instructions. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear or are returned without original tags may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
